Story of Dirty Redd
Reginald Underwood AKA Dirty Redd was a culinary legend in Brooklyn NY in the 70's.
He specialized in French baking and cuisine.Also spoke openly about the struggle of being bi racial (Brazilian/Native American). Later became a culinary teacher and butcher.
My father died in 2016 due to liver disease, before he was able to obtain his restaurant. His legacy and signature dishes live on through me so enjoy the good eats.
